Herbalism
Nature has always been an anchor point for me, to know a place deeply has given me the gift of security. Here the love for herbs was born, for the more I knew about my surroundings, how the plants worked and for how long the forest stretched, the more I felt at home and nature became my home base
So through curiosity, communion with nature and knowledge of the medicines it holds I am getting rooted deeper in the land and in myself. Rediscovering ancient practices and soft ways of relating to the earth itself.
I will be sharing more of what I have discovered on my journey through another medium, so stay tuned!
But in the meanwhile feel free to explore some of the herbs I myself am using daily down below and if you want to follow along, instagram is the place
