I struggled to have enough milk, because of an operation it was actually lucky that I made some at all, but I didn’t prepare well enough for that realization, that it wasn’t enough, that I had to supplement, it was tough and for a few months I was crazy about trying to increase my supply.
One of the things you can do is visualize… So I did, I saw my milk spilling from my breast, swirling its way to my baby, and it wasn’t just enough to feed her, it was enough to bathe her, but the milk production never truly bloomed
